  • Autumn Starks is the founding therapist of Starks Therapy Group. She is a licensed clinical social work and has been practicing therapy for over 15 years. Autumn uses Internal Family System therapy (IFS) to support clients healing from trauma, depression and anxiety. She specializes in working with spiritual issues, religious trauma, neurodiversity discovered as an adult and therapy through a justice and equity lens. Today she's here to focus on therapy and psychedelics, specifically Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, and evidence-based treatment for treatment resistant depression that pair Ketamine and work with a skillful therapist.
