This episode is an episode that I hope every single women gets to hear! Especially the ones who are (literally almost all of us) focused on how we look, shame our bodies in the mirrors alone, & are never happy with our bodies!! My intuition came through and explained this to me in such a way that honestly makes so much sense why we are all dealing with this and it’s huge!!
