In 2012, he began documenting his adventures of planting two tiny coastal gardens in the bustling seaside town of Broadstairs, Kent. Dan was widely celebrated in the press for creating a “subtropical paradise dominated by dramatic colours and shapes”, The Frustrated Gardener climbed to become one of the most popular gardening blogs in the UK.

After a decade of sharing his love of gardening, he took the natural next step and launched Dan Cooper Garden – the first retailer of its kind. He now uses his personal experience to select the finest garden products and pair them with expert advice, all in one place.
