John Hall's love for health and fitness is to live health and fitness daily. With a family legacy in sports and over 30 years of experience as a fitness expert, his unique approach is outlined in the concept of Roots to Results. To see growth and progress, one must start with the basics of proper nutrition, the proper amount of rest and muscle recovery, the right frame of mind and spirit, be willing to follow instructions, and build technique. Discipline sums it all up in one word. He is the founder of The Freedom Kit, which offers various techniques such as tissue manipulation, trigger point, fascia release, and elongation of muscle, returning the muscle to its full range of motion.

This allows individuals to target problem areas, implement strategies to eradicate pain and return muscle to full functionality. "I help clients stay centered on longevity and optimal health whether you're a weekend warrior playing basketball or a mother bending down to get her keys without hurting her back," says John. "It's not just about aesthetics we want full functionality as well."
