  • Chloe Arnold: trailblazing a new landscape for women in tap dance, choreography, and leadership

    Emmy Nominated Choreographer, and International tap star Chloé Arnold was discovered at a young age in Washington, DC by the legendary Debbie Allen. A leading lady of tap, Chloé has performed on stages around the globe and her choreography has been featured in over 50 episodes of The Late Late Show With James Corden, including the hit Crosswalk The Musical, Aladdin with Will Smith, Mena Massoud, and Naomi Scott. Also on hit television shows such as So You Think You Can Dance, Good Morning America, HBO's Black Lady Sketch show, and national commercials/print campaigns for Special K, Macy’s, GAP, Aldo/Refinery 29, and Cantu.

    Chloé’s is the Artistic Director & Founder of Syncopated Ladies, an all-female Tap company that are widely known for viral videos that have accumulated over 50 million views. The most successful being their tribute to Prince and their cover of Beyoncé’s Formation, which Beyoncé shared on all of her social media and then hired Chloé and the Syncopated Ladies to perform at her Ivy Park active wear clothing line launch at TopShop, London. Chloé along with her company performed live on ABC's Good Morning America and have had sold-out concerts in Los Angeles, Dubai, New York City and Washington, DC, receiving rave reviews in The New York Times and more.

    Chloé is also a female entrepreneur that holds a degree from Columbia University. She and her sister co-founded Chloé and Maud Productions and DC Tap Festival, and co-produced the award-winning documentary TAP WORLD with Hollywood Executive Producer Dean Hargrove.

    Other career highlights include winning So You Think You Can Dance: Dance Crew Battle (Season 11), HBO’s The Comeback, recurring role as an Onyx Girl on HBO's Boardwalk Empire, guest performing on America's Got Talent and Dancing With The Stars, a sold-out NY run of her One Woman show My Life. My Diary. My Dance. at La MaMa in New York City, Global Fusion Concert in Dubai, Jacob’s Pillow Dance, Broadway Cares/Equity Fights Aids Easter Bonnet at The Minskoff Theatre, numerous musical productions with Debbie Allen including performing at a star-studded gala hosted by Diddy at the Howard Theatre in Washington, DC.

  • Morgan Marcell: creating change through art

    Born and raised in San Diego, CA, Morgan is an East Coast girl with a West Coast heart. Spending most childhood summers at Moonlight Amphitheatre, she loved telling stories from an early age. Morgan received an International Baccalaureate Diploma and attended Boston University as a Dean's Scholar with a focus on Political Science and International Relations.​​

    Her life took a left turn when she moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in entertainment. Morgan traveled the world with the First National Tour of In The Heights, joined Antaeus Classical Theater Company and shortly thereafter, moved to New York. After participating in the Original Broadway Cast of Hamilton and Bandstand, Morgan is currently growing her passion for directing while working on Broadway and in Television and Film.

  • Victoria Weinberg: from performer to producer & navigating female relationships in the industry

    Victoria Weinberg is an independent theater and live event producer. She has been working with Glass Hall Full Productions as their U.S. Associate Producer for over 3 years. Most recently, GHF's work includes the recent Broadway revival of "Betrayal," "Sea Wall/A Life," "The Lehman Trilogy," and "Network." A South Florida native, Victoria graduated from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. Upon graduation, alongside Nick Luckebaugh, Victoria started Libra Theater Company, where she produced readings, concerts of new work (including music by Rob Rokicki, Joe Iconis, and Paul Gordon), and original plays at venues such as 59E59 Theaters. Her passion lies in developing exciting and diverse new work in the commercial theatre space. She is currently developing SYNCING INK, a new hip-hop experience by emcee NSangou Njikam, directed by Awoye Timpo slated for summer 2021. Additionally, Victoria works in live event production, as the co-producer of the PEN America Literary Awards, associate producer for the Drama Desk Awards. She's a proud dog mama of Tobi, the magical chi-weenie and her favorite Disney film is absolutely "The Aristocats."

    Originally from Michigan, Dana is a NY based performer who made her Broadway debut as the Girl Scout in Beetlejuice. Other credits include the National Tour of 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Avenue Q Off- Broadway and Anyone Can Whistle at City Center Encores! She’s been seen at tens of regional theaters, the NYMF, the Fringe, NAMT, hundreds of readings and workshops and dozens of day jobs. She is the voice of Saraline on Nickelodeon’s “Welcome to the Wayne.” Dana lives in Brooklyn with her husband and dogs.

    Alexis Scheer is a playwright, actor, and producer, named Rising Theatre Star by the Improper Bostonian in the Boston’s Best Issue and one of Remezcla’s 8 Exciting Latinx Playwrights. Plays: Our Dear Dead Drug Lord (WP Theater/Second Stage, NYT Critic’s Pick, Kilroy’s List, LTC Carnaval of New Latinx Work finalist, Relentless Award semifinalist, Bay Area Playwrights Festival finalist), Laughs in Spanish, Christina (Roe Green Award), and The Sensational (Actors' Theatre of Louisville). Her work has been developed at Oregon Shakespeare Festival, McCarter Theatre Center, Boston Playwrights’ Theatre, Cleveland Playhouse, San Diego REP, and more. She is currently working on commissions for Manhattan Theatre Club and Second Stage. Alexis’ favorite acting credits include the Boston premiere of Blasted, a storefront Equus, and a regional production of Fiddler on the Roof she did when she was 13 instead of getting Bat Mitzvah’ed (true story). She also moonlights as the Producing Artistic Director of award-winning fringe company, Off the Grid Theatre. Alexis is a proud Miami native and New World School of the Arts alum, and holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from The Boston Conservatory and MFA in Playwriting from Boston University.     Emily Marshall is a NYC based music director, supervisor, keyboard player and arranger. She was the Music Director/Vocal Arranger of the widely popular Be More Chill, both in it's sold out Off-Broadway run at the Signature Theater in 2018 and on Broadway in 2019. You may have heard her playing on many different shows over the past few years in New York including - Rock of Ages, Ain’t Too Proud, Head Over Heels, Elf, Beautiful, School of Rock, Mean Girls, Charlie & The Chocolate Factory and more. She has also toured with We Will Rock You, A Chorus Line and Beauty and the Beast, as well as helped mount tours of Flashdance, Elf and We Will Rock You for Royal Caribbean. Other past and upcoming projects include - The Remarkable Journey To Tianguo (2020 Lab), Preludes (LCT3), Clueless (Lab), Chix 6 (La Mama), Pool Boy (PCLO '17 & '18), The Coup (Northern Stage '18), Fall Springs (NAMT '17), Normativity (NYMF '16), and On The Eve (NAMT '15). Emily also freelances as an accompanist, vocal coach, keyboard programmer, & orchestrator. Her orchestrations have been performed around the world including performances by The American Pops Orchestra and her vocal arrangements can be heard currently in Be More Chill in London and a new production of the show coming to Chicago this summer.
