“Witnesses of Unity: Unveiling the Fallacy of Perception” A Tribe of Christ Movie Commentary by David Hoffmeister

The Bible emphasizes that what goes around comes around, and the belief system in the world of idols is rooted in the belief in the ego, which is the belief in lack and scarcity. This belief leads to twisted ego laws, such as reciprocity and giving to get.

The movie commentary also highlights the importance of understanding that all we give is given to ourselves, leading to the return to creation and divine innocence. The mind is always under perfect divine providence, but it can project error onto the world, forgetting the oneness of the kingdom of heaven. The universal principle of giving and receiving is the same, and the real question is what we are offering.

The movie commentary aims to show us the fallacy of the perceptual world, where things seem different and have different purposes than one unified purpose of forgiveness. It argues that the only way to come to the truth is to draw witnesses of sharing, giving, caring, and equality. The equality of the miracle shows that everyone is equally blessed, loved, and equal.

The movie presents examples of the getting mechanism, greed, and control and contrasts the experiences of brothers and sisters worldwide who put these principles into practice. By contrasting greed and grace, control and sharing, our minds can make decisions that serve everyone or anything.

Experience the courage to follow your inner guidance! - Tribe of Christ Movie Gathering with David Hoffmeister

In this movie gathering, David revisits the World War II era in August 1939, just before the start of the war. The movie is based on prayer and inner guidance, with David emphasizing that following inner guidance is essential. Resisting it can shut off the building of miracles and confidence in the heart and mind. David also shares quotes from Jesus: "My control can take over everything that does not matter, while my power is greater than my strength."

David compares this movie to The Matrix, where Neo hears the voice of Morpheus saying, "I can guide you, but you must do exactly as I say." David emphasizes the importance of faith, trust, and deep prayer in the context of life or death. Following guidance is the way out.

  • "There's really only one of us." - A Tribe of Christ Movie Commentary by David Hoffmeister

"There's really only one of us." - A Tribe of Christ Movie Commentary by David Hoffmeister.

In this movie commentary, David focuses on the unity of life. He reminds us that 'A Course in Miracles' is a radical redefinition of the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, focusing on teaching only love for what is what one is. This interpretation of the crucifixion emphasizes the importance of finding love in one's life and with God. The phrase "there's really only one of us" is used to emphasize the unity of the mind, which is not limited to the five senses. The belief in separation has generated a cosmic projection of time and space with different cultures, languages, and planets. Jesus teaches that the spirit never enters the world and that the world is a screen of projections.

The first lesson of the Course is "Nothing I see means anything at all." This realization can make everything we perceive, including the body and the five senses, irrelevant. The awareness of the Spirit is also important, as the Spirit doesn't die but is pure love. This awareness can set us free from the belief system of separation, allowing us to see that our mistakes, achievements, and flaws are nothing. The first lesson of the Course is a powerful reminder that we are all One and that everything we perceive is an illusion.

Session 7 - "Holistic Vision: Unveiling the World Beyond Ego and Illusions" - Closing Session with David and Jason

David and Jason end this year's Strawberry Fields Festival by talking about the purpose of life and emphasizing the importance of seeing the world holistically, involving faith and trust that everyone will play their part perfectly. The ego attempts to divide the world into roles and categories, organizing it based on a false preference system. The first principle of the 50 miracle principles is there's no order of difficulty in miracles and no hierarchy of illusions.

Jesus saw the world without a preference and felt the universal love of God, radiating and sharing inclusively with everyone. Jesus was open and cordial with the Zealots, who were angry and trying to overthrow the Romans. The focus is on cultivating a deeper understanding of the world, not trying to forgive people but letting Jesus take us deeper into our minds to see the world as a whole. Jesus takes great care in describing his role as an elder brother, not placing himself above or below people. He emphasizes that the body is a learning device for the mind, and the ego often over-evaluates it. A personality is an over-evaluation of a learning device.

Session 6 - “Perception Unveiled: From Cracked Mirrors to Unified Awareness” Movie Night with David

In the second movie night at the Strawberry Fields Festival David discusses the importance of changing one's internal perspective and perception of the world. He suggest that before accepting a correction, one must admit to having a problem, such as a perceptual problem, which allows the Holy Spirit to work to change one's perception.

This problem can be likened to schizophrenia, where multiple voices and a belief in a break from reality characterize a split mind. David explains that a perceptual problem is like a cracked mirror, shattered into trillions of different parts. This cracked perception is not holistic, as Eastern Masters emphasize. Unified awareness is about wholeness, and the movie Tonight demonstrates the need for holistic perception to find peace. David emphasizes to see the world in a more balanced and holistic way rather than focusing on individual aspects.

Session 4 - Strawberry Fields Festival 2024 - Morning Session with Q&A for David Hoffmeister

David starts the session by talking about music. Music is a higher form of communication that goes directly to our hearts, bypassing concept analysis and intellectual maneuverings. It is a theme in today's activities, as it serves as the soundtrack of our experience on Earth. The movie tonight will be strong in the music and collaboration themes, as Jesus teaches us that miracles are a collaborative venture. Jesus also teaches us that the solitary journey to God fails because it is of joining and connecting.

David emphasizes the importance of understanding that our union is in our minds and that we share the same mind with God. Jesus teaches us that our earthly conditions differ from the kingdom of heaven and that we long for a sense of connection, relaxation, ease, flow, and harmony. This longing is our natural condition, and Jesus tells us we long for these things because it is how we were created.

Competition can hinder our connection and unity. Jesus encourages us to come together without the pressure of productivity or trying to forge a desired outcome. Instead, we should come together like in jam sessions where everyone plays their part, letting the music come through naturally without any sense of trying to direct or control it personally.

Session 3 - "Awakening Across Generations: The Spiritual Movement of the 1970s" - Movie Night with David Hoffmeister

The movie tells the story of a counterculture movement in the 1970s that became American history's most significant spiritual awakening. The movement was driven by disillusionment with the Vietnam War and the rise of hippies and drug users seeking meaning in life. Singers like Janis Joplin and The Grateful Dead also emerged as part of this movement.

The movie follows a young preacher who meets a traditional pastor. This meeting is orchestrated to expand consciousness and let go of the past. The traditional generation meets the new generation, but Jesus is behind the meeting.

The movie explores the spiritual journey of a young man from the Midwest who moves west after leaving his father behind. He searches for meaning and finds solace in his story. The movie highlights the difficulty people face in spiritual awakening due to their upbringing and the Christian language.

People have faced resistance to A Course in Miracles, particularly those raised with a Christianity based on sin, penance, and sacrifice. Many people have turned off Jesus for fear of him, but the movie provides a chance to see the potential for spiritual awakening.

  • Session 1 - “Embracing Divine Trust: A Journey from Dreams to Awakening” 🌟 Strawberry Fields Festival 2024

Session 1 - "Embracing Divine Trust: A Journey from Dreams to Awakening" 🌟 Strawberry Fields Festival 2024 with David Hoffmeister and Jason Warwick

The opening session of the Strawberry Fields Festival 2024 starts and ends with three songs from the RISE band. David and Jason did the welcoming talk, and David felt the synchronicity with the day's lesson, which emphasizes the importance of placing the future in God's hands, a concept that requires enormous trust. This trust is crucial as we have been conditioned to learn the past and plan the future, often leading to ambition and a focus on education and jobs. Trust is the foundation of a teacher of God and allows us to relax and feel divine ease.

David and Jason welcome all participants to their little experience of paradise. They first came out in 2009 and started hosting celebrations and festivals in this rural canyon. One of Eric's songs, "Let Life Unfold," reminds us to let life unfold by allowing our experiences in this world to be given to us. The prayer, "Holy Spirit, decide for God for me," encourages us to let the Holy Spirit paint a picture of our lives, letting the light beams shine through and light up the dream.

Jesus tells us to go from nightmares to waking, with a transition between happy dreams and gentle waking. This process helps us to feel softer and gentler, making the struggle and challenge easier.
