  • A quick chat with Chad Kultgen
    Jul 1 2023

This quick episode came about because Chad Kultgen said on one of his podcast, that he would be open to any podcast that asked, so, I wanted to challenge myself and remember what it's like to record and be a host. It was certainly an experience, it came and went; and i'm still alive. I was very Nervous. 20mins isn't a long time to chat with someone, it took me 20 mins to not be so nervous, so 40 mins total for me, and I've been in the hospitality industry for 15 years, not podcasting. Podcasting for 3 years now. Quick house keeping from my monologue.

Chad Kultgen is a Writer, Author, Podcaster and overall skilled in the entertainment business. On the podcast Dudesy with Will Sasso, it is an astonishing experience in entertainment with a discord community that is really active in memes and a Patreon with astonishing bonus content.  The Game of Roses Podcast focuses on the reality/game show/sport[?] of The Bachelor and other series within the same universe, on the podcast with Co-Host Lizzy Pace, they explore the strategy to being a winner of that series. With having Authored a book around how to win The Bachelor... "How to win the Bachelor" he's also authored "Men, Women, and Children" and other titles. He's done quite a bit. He has also Written/Co-Wrriten a favorite movie of mine, "The Incredible Burt Wonderstone" [In the chat we had I totally flubbed the name and I think, made an ass of myself. Very Sorry Chad, no disrespect, I was very nervous.]

  • Final Look back on Season 3
    May 1 2023

The End of this season bring me to understand where I want to take this podcast. The freedom to publish when I like is very nice. No set scheduling and no real huge expectation to get it done for now. If this ever becomes a monetized project, I will put way more into this than I currently do.  For now, here is the equipment I use:

    Equipment:

    Focusrite Scarlett 2i2

Really Nice Compressor FMR Audio RNC17773

Art (Applied Research and Technology) Tube Amp Studio

    iMac with Logic

    Sterling Audio ST51 Condenser Microphone

  • Now having said that....
    Apr 21 2023

Now that the summer has come and the motivation to do more than play games and watch TV; it's the final words from our guest.

All three recordings are from a long time ago now, something I hear more about from other podcasters. John Sedlak: August 2nd 2021, Luis Cuevas: July 21st 2021, and Andrew Rodriguez: March 15th 2022. Sitting on these recording is very interesting, though I haven't actively been editing, I have been listening to them to try to make something special.

There was time once to sit and plan things out but once the real world comes into the picture, everything that is of hobby/homework tends to end to a certain degree or at the very least need to be done when inspiration hits.

  • The Technique Episode
    Nov 17 2022

As always Andrew Rodriguez is working on his Catering gig, of just creating great food at pop ups or for hire. _Murderdxout_ on instagram is a good way to see what he's working on. Los Angeles based currently, but he's always on the move so keep an eye out for it.

Luis Cuevas is currently in school and moved out from Texas. Very Proud of him.

John Sedlak is catering out in North Carolina and thru conversation, I learn a lot about what knowledge a seasoned chef has to bring to the table and reflect on.

  • The Brilliant Obstacle
    Nov 9 2022

Having written out the outline for this season long ago, I had these wonderful chat with my friends and former co-workers.

Luis came with such a positive vibe.

Andrew hit the knowledge of a creative chef with love for the craft.

John hit with solid experience and knowledge.

These three friends hit so many different levels of the industry.

Soon we'll be heading into new territory with guest with even more observations.
