Hi, I’m Shannon Marqueta, and no one really ever taught me how to eat healthy or manage my time. I didn’t know anything about nutrition, so I found myself eating whatever was easy, which definitely impacted my energy, weight, and focus.     Making decisions can be scary, for anyone - but learning to trust ourselves and taking action, whether big or small, helps build self-confidence.

    Avoiding stagnation helps with self-discipline, clarity, and builds experience.

    We can learn from others, but learning to also trust ourselves and that we don't need permission for decisions that affect our life is freeing and empowering.
