So far, so good!!!

This podcast is new. I can only rate it based off of the 5 episodes that is up at the moment. The first three chapters is preparing your mindset on what to expect with the podcasts. Chapter 3 and 4 are actual real estate topics covered on the exam. I like how the instructor explains each one thoroughly. He also gives examples. I love how the examples help me to remember the information easier. Hopefully the rest of the Podcasts are this helpful. ☺ Thank you, Brian for starting this podcast!!!
