Liz talks about an important topic we need to talk more about. Even in a relationship, you have the right to say 'no' or 'not yet' and have your boundaries respected. When that doesn't happen, shame, fear, guilt and anger can destroy you from the inside out. Liz opens up about her self-care practices which help her heal from past abuse.    Hosted by D.J. Burr - a Seattle psychotherapist and author of I Just Wanted Love: Recovery of a Codependent, Sex and Love Addict.  Each episode of Journey On features real life accounts of sexual abuse and assault.
