When we're saved, when we're truly saved, we are no longer ashamed of the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, because it is the power of God unto salvation, to everyone that believes, to the Jew first, and also to the Greek (Romans 1: 16).

I don't know your schedule, but somebody’s face must be in that Book, and in the gospels particularly, because that is where Jesus abides, is in the gospels. Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, that is the Gospel, because they are the words that came directly out of the mouth of the Savior.

When we think about the word sanctification, and we've heard that said so many times before, and we've heard it explained to us as set aside for God's purposes; but to me, that's not enough for me to truly understand what sanctification truly is? I need to know more…

When the Bible speaks about tares in the garden, it is talking about an injurious weed or in secular terms, it's known as a darnel. It resembles wheat when it's in its young stage, but when it grows up, it's poisonous, and is diametrically opposite of wheat in all of its properties and everything else, other than in its appearance. In other words, everything on the outside is saying one thing, but on the inside, something different is going on.

Of the many vessels in a home, some are used to cook with, and some are used to wash your feet with, and some are not used as often as others are. Some vessels we cook with, while others are just used to collect dirty water to throw out. God seeks honorable vessels to serve today.

Let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
