We've all got them. Times when things went well. Times when things didn't. We normally call these successes and failures. Although the terms can be debated, and the purposes of each discussed, the key, I think, is to learn from both. Instead, we tend to grab one, perhaps the most recent, and let it drive our identity. So we become either the wise sage or we are the natural born failure. In truth, we are neither. We are human. And we can learn from our human experiences and use those experiences to better equip our future.

So, today I want to share a very simple technique that can help you utilize both your successes and failures as you pivot forward in your life. Interested? Again, simple, but powerful if you take it seriously.
