Andrew is dedicated to Karma Yoga and teaches Yin, Hatha, Restorative, Yoga Nidra and Philosophy.

    His award-winning book, Tales of the Modern Nomad – Monks, Mushrooms & Other Misadventures, delves into his decade of global backpacking through an eclectic layout of stories, photography, poetry and sidebar sketches.

     

    John’s current mission is creating inspirational communities and alternate pockets of reality through artist residencies with Momentom Collective, a training ground for artists and entrepreneurs to uplevel their mind, body and spirit.  

     

    On this episode, we speak about gratitude and how starting the day from this place sets the tone for you, and John shares the accessible work he and his team are doing with creating residencies around the world. We also discuss how important joy and play are as we continue to journey home to self. We close with a spoken word piece that John created.
