    Today's topic is a two fold subject that inevitably coincides with each other. And with everything going on in today's world they are at the core of the causes to our effects. 

    It is our speech and our actions. 

    At some point in our lives, we have all said something 

    we wish we hadn’t. 

    For some of us, this has happened more often than we’d like to admit. It could be something as embarrassing as uttering a social faux pas, or something as hurtful as lashing out against a friend or loved one. 

    In an age where social media runs rampant , it could take the form of an offensive joke, or an angry comment with the intention to be noticed.
