Sara Cannon is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with the Centre for Indigenous Fisheries at the University of British Columbia.

The conversation highlights a recent professional development retreat hosted by AFS. This retreat focused on identifying challenges faced by professionals across fisheries & wildlife careers and began discussions to help solve these challenges.

Ben West is the Director of Strategic Partnerships at the University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture and the founder of Risora Consulting.
