  • This soothing non-erotic audio is meant to help de-stress you and  help you drift off to sleep. It features what I'm going to call 'gentle ASMR' - breathing, very soft whispering, some soft mouth noises (mostly clicks), a little ear caressing and some scratching, all over top a very  faint and gentle ambient loop.

    Guiding you through some relaxing breathing, giving you some words of  encouragement and advice, and finally ending with a long session of  simple binaural breathing to help you drift off.
