  • In our latest episode, we sit down with AVMA President Elect, Dr. Rena Carlson, to get the inside scoop on the AVMA's position on non-competes, unionization, and other pressing issues within our industry. From the representation of women in leadership to the controversy surrounding non-competes and unionization, Dr. Carlson provides her insights and personal experiences on these pressing issues and more. Despite the AVMA's silence on some of the more controversial topics, we asked Dr. Carlson the tough questions that veterinary professionals have been waiting for the AVMA to answer.
