This week we talk about how everyone struggles with negative thoughts about our own bodies. I talk about the disorder called Body Dysmorphia a bit but obviously I am not a doctor. So, we talk more about just negative thoughts and how to try and stop those voices in your head.

I know it has been awhile. I thought a lot during the month of about the podcast and what is happening with it.

I have decided to mix it up a bit, first it might not be every week, I think for the next little bit it will be every other Wednesday. If things change I will let you know and we will go back to every week.
