  • Nicole Zavala, star of VH1's Cartel Crew, has undergone 16 surgical procedures and spent over $100,000 in pursuit of her ideal of physical beauty, all before the age of 30. She credits her plastic surgery with saving her from a deep depression and loves the way she looks. She is later joined by her brother and sister who are deeply concerned about her safety and think she is addicted. Also at the table is plastic surgeon Dr. Rady Rahban, who thinks the current trends in cosmetic surgery present a serious threat to the health and safety of millions of people and has grave warnings for Nicole and others like her.
