  • Albert Fish has been on our list to cover for a long time now, and fair warning—he's one of the absolute worst. Born Hamilton Howard Fish on May 19, 1870, in Washington, D.C., Albert had a deeply troubled early life marked by significant psychological and familial issues.

    This old-timey "gentleman" was one of the most perverse and depraved individuals to walk the earth in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. A sadomasochistic cannibal, his primary victim demographic was children under the age of six. What more is there to say? Well, a lot, as it turns out.
