We talk about their journey from building a restaurant in a garden for £3000 each through to a strong brand recognised across the city and beyond. We also go through the ups and downs of the COVID era and the kind of company they want Brother Marcus to be. You can find Brother Marcus in Angel and Spitalfields, and Borough from next year.
