"In deep space, the crew of the commercial starship Nostromo is awakened from their cryo-sleep capsules halfway through their journey home to investigate a distress call from an alien vessel. Back in 1979, when the general public might have already formed some sort of opinion on Aliens, Ridley Scott's "Alien" drops and probably birthed a whole new FEAR of Aliens in general! I can see why because goddamn, I got scared a couple of times!!

Was this movie so scary back in 1979 that it made people check their stomachs while in the theaters to make sure they didn't have a Xenomorph ready to pop out of them? Imagine having to use KY Jelly to make an Alien look more Alien-y?? WHY WOULDN'T SIGOURNEY WEAVER JUST COOPERATE WHEN IT CAME TO FIXING HER PANTIES FOR THE SAKE OF THE FILM'S BUDGET???
