Needs improvement

They don’t seem to hold themselves accountable. They get off topic & they aren’t strategic. 40% is good & 60% is just stuff that isn’t centered on therapy. Eating on the podcast!!! Come on. Do better if you plan to provide a reputable podcast. Imagine if a little child listened, would some of this stuff foster their development.
