Even traditional medicine can get tangled in case law and treatments, but when it comes to alternative medicines, where do you, and your clients, stand? It’s a confusing issue, trying to figure out how injured workers can choose their own care and recovery path versus what insurers and jurisdictions determine is “reasonable.” The word “reasonable” varies across jurisdictions.
