Dan takes the trip down to Icarus's new impressive home in Brick, NJ. His friends Jay Wilson and Steve Mags join him for a conversation with Jason Goldstein - owner and founder of Icarus. We crack open an old bottle and talk about the future of Icarus and the decision to move to the brand new facility. We talk about the plans for opening weekend, the importance of having a mix of styles, and talk about some the beers they've released over the past seven years.

Tom and Dan also talk about the big news in the craft beer world - J Wakefield announcing the closing of their taproom in Wynwood. Dan talks about the significance of the news to not only the Miami beer scene but the craft beer world as a whole.
