  • Archie Macpherson is a bonafide Scottish Football icon having began his career as a broadcaster with the BBC over 60 years ago. His time in the game has brought him into close contact with many legendary figures - including some of the greatest Celts of all time - and in the final part of our exclusive 3-part series he shares with us his experiences as a close confidante of Jock Stein - the man who changed the course of Celtic's history forever! Having first encountered the great man as a wet behind the ears new start at the BBC, Archie went on to form a genuine bond with the man rightly regarded as Celtic's greatest ever manager, spending time with him at Cup Finals, at World Cups, and of course in Lisbon.
