Jimmy Mistry is a Designer, Hotelier, Serial Entrepreneur, Adventurer, & Developer. He founded Della Group in 1991 with a core belief that anything he designs or creates should be unique, inspirational, path-breaking and should improve the lives of as many people as possible. Under the Della Group umbrella, he has launched 6 business verticals:Della Adventure, Della Resorts, DATA, Della Villas , Della by Jimmy Mistry and DellaTalks.For more than 2 decades he has been at the forefront of the Indian Design industry and has a reputation for unique designs.Jimmy has got himself instant recognition in the Indian Hospitality industry by conceptualizing, designing and operating India’s largest Adventure Park and ExperientialHospitality Resorts. He is acclaimed as a pioneer in Adventure parks in India, which has been selected as a case study for the prestigious New York Stern School of Business.Through the past 2 decades Jimmy has been awarded multiple prestigious awards from the design and business fraternity, such as the VMRD Retail design award and Young Achiever award by the Indo-American Society and was nominated for the Ernst & Young entrepreneur of the year award.

Heny has been practising interior design over 10 years, her forte is in residential interiors, she has designed over 50 homes so far, including multiple show apartments Pan India.

Featured in AD - The List, been a part of AceTech Jury, and featured in magazines for design and home trends. The lust to learn and explore design to its best has been a reflection throughout her journey. As she always says - “If you want to turn a house into a home, that’s where I come in”!

Mrinalini Ghadiok is an architect by training, visualizer by heart and writer by passion. Having worked in architecture, lighting design, historical research and writing for more than a decade, she shifted focus to the narrative of design experiences and stepped into the publishing world with STIR as the founding editor of mondo*arc India journal. With 20 issues under her belt, she then helmed its transition from a print magazine to a successful digital portal, establishing StirWorld.com.

In addition to extensive writing and editorial responsibilities, Mrinalini has also been deeply involved in curating and executing various design-centric initiatives such as conferences, panel discussions, presentations, exhibitions and other explorative media. Her parallel pedagogical experience ranges from teaching architectural design studio to conducting independent workshops and lectures, and being invited as an external examiner across various design and architecture universities.

Her expertise has been sought across national and international forums for presentations, talks and jury empanelling for awards and competitions, as well as for collaborations with international media and curatorial organisations.
