  • An episode one year in the making is finally yours to hear! Lance and Matt connect with Ashwin Deepankar, Wilco's drum tech and stage manager, and connect over a shared fandom of Wilco. Ashwin presents a candid look at what it's like to go from being a fan of your favorite band to being hired to work with them.

    Ashwin Deepankar is a backline technician and stage manager for Wilco Touring World. When he is not on the road he is The Loft session assistant. Outside of working with Wilco he is a drummer and recording engineer who has been in the Chicago music scene for well over a decade. Currently, he is working on a music project with his wife, Shara called Aatmaa which will be released this year. He resides in Chicago, IL with Shara.
