We discuss diet, exercise, parenting, potential causes and ways to alleviate symptoms and help the brain develope in complicated Autistic spectrum disorders. We discuss cortical brain balance and how mirror neurons help us have a sense of self and if this is not developed then we are not able to connect with others and have social awareness.
