• 56 | Free Community Growing Slowly? The Lead Generation Tip I Learned From Grant Cardone
    Mar 13 2026

    Hi Friend!

A month ago I found myself binge watching Undercover Billionaire because Grant Cardone was on it and I could not stop watching. And there was one scene that I have not been able to stop thinking about since.

Grant is standing on a sidewalk in Pueblo, Colorado holding a giant sign trying to wave people into a mattress store. And a guy pulls up and says he’s not interested. And Grant doesn’t pitch him. He doesn’t list features. He doesn’t try to close him on the sidewalk. He just says… go inside. Just go inside.

And that one moment completely changed the way I think about lead generation in my online business.

In this episode, we’re talking about why your free community isn’t growing even when your content is good and your offer is solid, how unnecessary friction is silently blocking potential clients from ever entering your world, and the simple lead generation shift that makes it easier for the right people to find you, trust you, and eventually buy from you.

If you’re an entrepreneur or coach who has a free Facebook group, a Telegram channel, an email list, a free community, or any kind of open door into your business… and it feels quieter than it should… this episode is going to make you look at your business in a completely different way.

Oh, and my daughter is playing peek-a-boo in the background. You’ve been warned LOL.

  • 55 | How to Get More Podcast Listeners Without Posting on Social Media More
    Mar 11 2026

    Hi Friend!

If you launched your podcast and you’re still manually reminding people it exists every single week from Instagram, from your stories, from your email… this one is for you.

Here’s the truth nobody tells you after you hit publish on episode one. Launching your podcast was building the house. But if there are no roads leading to it, you’ll spend forever inviting people down a dirt path just to get them through the front door.

And consistency alone like posting more episodes is just building more rooms in an empty house.

In this episode, we’re talking about what to actually do after you launch a podcast to get more listeners without relying on social media, why most podcasters stay stuck on the hamster wheel of manually promoting their show every single week, and the three things you need to build after launch so your podcast starts working for you instead of the other way around.

If you already have a podcast but you’re tired of feeling like it only gets downloads when you personally invite people…

If you want to build a searchable, sustainable show that attracts new listeners on autopilot…

This episode is going to completely change the way you think about podcast growth.

  • 54 | How 1 Email Led to 3 Paid Clients in 24 Hours (And What It Taught Me About Visibility)
    Mar 9 2026

    Hi Friend!

It’s Sunday night and I’m driving home with my husband telling him I’m taking a break from investing in my business.

Less than 24 hours later, I spend $7. And what happened next is something I have not been able to stop thinking about.

Because that one $7 yes turned into (at least) three paid spots in less than 24 hours that I know about.

And I think this is where so many of us are getting visibility completely wrong.

In this episode, we’re talking about the real power of word of mouth marketing and referral marketing in your online business, why chasing viral content and cold leads is keeping you stuck, and how positioning yourself to attract one deeply resonant yes can multiply your clients faster than any social media strategy.

If you’re a coach or service provider who is tired of creating content for a crowd and getting silence in return…

If you want to build a visibility strategy that actually compounds and creates a referral ripple effect…

This episode is going to shift the way you think about marketing your business entirely.

  • 53 | Should You Sell the Identity or the Transformation? What the Coaching Industry Isn’t Telling You
    Mar 6 2026

    Hi Friend!

If you’ve been hearing top business coaches say “sell the identity, not the transformation” and you're curious about why… this one is for you.

I just started my coaching business a year ago and I'm not the type to just take things at face value. I’ve been studying this, sitting with it. trying it even, and what I’ve found is that the coaching industry has taken a real psychological truth and industrialized it in a way that I think is worth questioning.

Yes, identity work is real AF. Identity shifts are powerful. But when identity becomes the product instead of the backbone of your coaching offer (and that's not super crystal clear), that’s where I start scratching my head a bit.

In this episode, we’re talking about the difference between selling the identity vs. selling the transformation in your business, why so many business coaches and mentors teach identity-first marketing and what’s really driving that, and what I believe actually creates lasting client results and real transformation in your coaching programs.

If you’re a coach or service provider who wants to build a business rooted in integrity, deliver real client transformations, and market your coaching offer in a way that actually reflects the depth of your work… this conversation will challenge you, stretch you, and give you a new framework for thinking about how you sell.

  • 52 | Marketing on Instagram Not Feeling Aligned? 3 Signs You Should Start a Podcast Instead
    Mar 4 2026

    Hi Friend!

If marketing on Instagram just doesn’t feel aligned… I see you.

You want clients. You want your online business to grow. But every time you try to show up on social media, something feels off. Like your depth doesn’t fit inside a square and your ideas deserve more than seven slides and a trending audio.

And the truth is that resistance might not be a mindset problem to fix.

It might be a sign that it’s time to build a stage (like starting a podcast) instead.

In this episode, we’re talking about why Instagram marketing feels misaligned for so many entrepreneurs, what it looks like to grow a business without relying on social media using a search-based stage, and three signs that starting a podcast might be the most aligned organic marketing strategy for you and your business.

If you’ve been pushing yourself to be consistent on Instagram but keep stopping and starting…

If you’re tired of content that disappears and you’re ready for a visibility strategy that compounds and actually works while you sleep…

This conversation will open your eyes to what’s possible when you stop fighting a feed and start building a stage.

  • 51 | How to Record Consistent Podcast Episodes as a Busy Mom
    Mar 2 2026

    Hi Friend!

If you’ve been wondering how to record consistent podcast episodes as a busy mom… I see you. I am you. This one is for you.

I get asked all the time how I’m able to publish so many great episodes while raising a toddler, clocking into a 9-5, my dog barking, and an infinite amount of noise in the background,...

And the truth is, it’s not that I'm an expert at nap time (though I wish I wish).

It’s that I've created a system that works in this season of motherhood (or fatherhood. I see you, dads) and I am ready to break it down for you today!

In this episode, we’re talking about podcasting for busy parents, creating content without burnout or flipping out, and building a show that actually supports your visibility instead of becoming another thing on your to do list. If you’ve been wanting to start a podcast but feel stretched thin… or you already have one but struggle with consistency and growth… this conversation will open your eyes to what’s possible.

  • 50 | SEO Explained in Plain English (And 4 Misconceptions to Ignore When Growing Your Business)
    Feb 27 2026

    Hi Friend!

SEO is not what you think it is (if you even have a clue LOL).

It’s not tech bro energy. It’s not stuffing keywords into a blog post. It’s not something you “get to” after the fact.

I get it. I used to think visibility meant posting more with better hooks, stronger calls to action, and with more consistency.

So I did it and I realized...

Most people aren’t invisible because they’re inconsistent, but because they’re unsearchable.

    There’s a difference.

Social media (like Instagram) rewards trends. SEO rewards clarity.

One disappears in 24 hours. The other compounds for years.

SEO is aligning your message with what people are already typing into a search bar.

And if you misunderstand that then you’ll keep working twice as hard for half the return.

    See you inside,

    Mari

  • 49 | I Posted Content on Instagram for 33 Days Straight & Here's What Actually Happened
    Feb 27 2026

    Hi Friend!

    I finished Slow Burn.

33 days straight, even on Christmas & New Year’s!

    And here’s the truth…

    Consistency wasn’t the problem. LOL

I told myself maybe if I just showed up every day the clients would roll in. Maybe if I fixed my energetics.

    So I tested it.

And what I gained wasn’t a flood of clients. It was clarity.

I was standing on the wrong stage.

Social media is borrowed land. You fight for seconds. You disappear in days.

I was spending hours crafting posts that were irrelevant two weeks later. Dead in a month.

    And I remembered something.

Back in 2023, I built a top 10% global podcast with less than 100 Instagram followers. Not because I went viral, but because I knew how to build a stage that would be FOUND.

    An asset.

So yes, I finished Slow Burn, and I may finish posting those as episodes one day but for now I’m done wasting time.

    We’re building assets now.

Content that works while you’re at the park with your kids, on date night with your spouse, and yes even while you’re sleeping.

    See you inside,

    Mari
