Officials say they are seeing structural damage to 30-50 per cent of Jasper, Alta., after a wildfire roared through the community late Wednesday. Our first guest is Phil Burton, Professor Emeritus in the Department of Ecosystem Science and Management at the University of Northern British Columbia, to explain what is happening with the wildfire in Jasper.
