In this episode we talk with wonderful Jeff Bell, VP at Partisan Records. Jeff heads up the UK side of this brilliant independent label, working with an amazing roster of artists from IDLES, Ezra Collective, Cigarettes After Sex, Laura Marling, Fontaines D.C., to legends such as PJ Harvey and the incredible Fela Kuti. Jeff shares not only his inspiring story with us (working his way up from Intern to VP no less!), but his thoughts and advice for folks in the early stages of their career.
