  • The Choice You Make 100 Times a Day (But Never Notice)
    Aug 29 2025

Why do successful executives make million-dollar business decisions without hesitation, yet freeze when it comes to the career change they desperately want?

Why do people make choices to stay with comfort-driven -- often, predictability -- over what may be harder but truly more aligned?

In this episode, Raju Panjwani reveals the hidden fear patterns keeping intelligent adults trapped in unfulfilling situations.

Drawing from his wife's courageous battle with stage-four cancer, he exposes the difference between competence and personal courage. You'll discover why waiting for the "perfect time" is actually moving you backward, and learn the systematic approach to building courage that transforms successful-but-stuck executives into bold conscious leaders.

    Takeaways:

✅ Why "logical" reasons for waiting are often fear in disguise

✅ The fear-courage spectrum that determines your career trajectory

✅ How suppressed fear sabotages executive decision-making

✅ The daily courage practices that prepare you for life-changing decisions

✅ Why less qualified but more courageous people get the opportunities you want

👉 The Event-Response-Outcome framework for breakthrough thinking

👉 How to build courage systematically like physical fitness

👉 The real cost of staying in your comfort zone as a high-achiever

    Sound Bites:

🎤 "Courage isn't the absence of fear—it's acting from what matters most while fear is present"

  • 2004 tsunami: when I was swept away with my family...
    May 23 2025

The tsunami didn’t just flood our home. It wiped away every excuse I had left.

    December 26, 2004.

I was in bed. My wife was yelling, “Run!”

The ocean had already crossed the shore.

By the time I stood up, the water was inside the house—rushing toward us.

I couldn’t swim. I had drowned once before.

And now, I was trying to escape with my two-year-old son on my shoulder.

That day, the Indian Ocean tsunami took nearly 300,000 lives.

It spared mine—but took something else:

My illusions about safety, status, and time.

In this first solo episode, I share:

    • What that day stripped away from my identity

    • Why I finally left an 18-year career on Wall Street

    • Three questions I want you to ask yourself today—before life forces your hand

    This isn’t motivation. It’s clarity.

And if you’ve been circling a decision, it might meet you where you are.
