    As a fascia stretch & structural balance coach, over the last 12 years, she has helped NFL, PGA, LPGA, NHL, MLB, and UFC athletes to perform and recover effectively.

    Now she’s created a way to help people improve their health, heal their bodies and help people who suffer from pain and injuries.

    This experience has taught her that performing your best requires the integrated, sustained, and heightened function of every system in your body. And physical talent alone can vanish quickly when and if you ignore your recovery protocol.
    Barbara Depta has a unique life story about what fueled her vision for RESYNC - her professional experiences with elite athletes & struggles with recovery from injury are a large part of the brand's mission.

    As a top performance and structural balance coach, she has worked with many professional athletes, especially from the NFL and PGA Tour. Over the years, while traveling with an NFL team, it became clear to Barbara that most athletes weren't doing all they could to recover effectively, even at the pro level.

    Barbara worked with researchers and scientists to create products for professional athletes interested in taking their performance to the next level–a product line to help them recover better while keeping connective tissue healthy. That's how Resync was born.

    Knowing how much Resync has helped professional teams and their athletes, her mission is to help everyone feel their best every day.
