He expands that these gradations allow consciousness to create the experience of seeing itself from a multitudinous of different angles, facets, and perspectives, which allows for the apparent experience of expanded self-awareness. He explains that the first two phases are representative of our transcendental point-of-view, and allows for the qualities of experience distinct from the all-knowing perspective which includes: self-reflection, the experience of change, adaptation, expansion, reflection, defining yourself, evaluating the current condition and the decision to effect and allow change purposefully.He illuminates that existence and knowingness are non-physical phases of consciousness, whereby belief emotion and thought are physical expressions of consciousness. He reminds us that stepping back and assuming the transcendental point-of-view, that of the watcher/perceiver/witness, allows us to directly experience that our consciousness extends from, and simultaneously also exists within, the realm of non--physicality. It is our direct evidence of our existence as both physical and non-physical consciousness. In this 72nd transmission, Elan, as channeled by Andrew, assures that making changes to our beliefs and life, even creating a new life altogether, is really very simple. He speaks about the fact that we often create an elaborate process in order to achieve our desired results. He reminds us that our ability as creators is simply inherent and innate, and is not a muscle that needs to be strengthened in order to be used. He emphasizes that we create everything completely in each and every now moment. Because each now moment is complete, and is a complete statement, change can always occur completely in the now moment. He uses an example that if we do create an elaborate process, it's not the process itself that ultimately creates the results, it's the decision at the end of the process, when we finally determine, "now I am that preferred me" and it is that declaration, not the process itself that achieves the ultimate result. He reinforces that the "allowance" of the change, change being the only constant, that is what achieves the ultimate result. Allowance is the actual mechanism that creates the change, not forcing, doing, controlling nor gaining. He goes on to describe the mechanics to proceed in this way.

He expands to explain that beliefs are expressed in packages, with a primary belief at the center, attracting to and surrounding itself with peripheral beliefs, that sets up a background or foundation to support and reinforce the primary belief. He suggests it as though the primary belief is the originating sound, while the peripheral beliefs are like the echo. Together these beliefs form a system of beliefs, or a belief system. In laying this down he explains that when we choose to change our primary belief, if we also look at and adjust the peripheral beliefs, the new primary belief will have the support in order to result in a smooth transition. If our new peripheral beliefs are not in alignment with our new primary beliefs, it may result in seeming to cancel out the change
