In this short introductory episode, you'll get to meet me, Fiona Redding, the host of the Always With Me podcast, and discover how this show came about.

At it's essence, this show is about knowing we are never on our own.

We'll share the stories of the cracking opens, of the breaking points, of the abyss, of the journeys into the valley, the great unravelling's, the shattering of the illusion of who we thought we were, and the no choice but to let go of what we thought defined us, what we thought was important, or what made us successful - and what we discovered there - about finding peace in the present moment, and unconditional love and acceptance, wherever we are and whatever is going on in the world around.

Having open and vulnerable conversations with people who have the courage to step forward and share willingly, with an open heart, what they have discovered about faith, belief, hope, and love in the midst of the crisis, not on the other side of the valley, but in the valley.

And how these experiences that bring us to our knees become the making of us, humbling us, teaching us courage, surrender, patience, acceptance, forgiveness, compassion, deep and unconditional love, connection, and an absolute knowing of the truth that we are not on our own, and we never have been, with a deep desire to share this with others, to bring hope and comfort so that they know they are not on their own either.

This show is about what happens when we are cracked open and how, if we allow it to, grace can transform us beyond anything we could imagine.
