We are about to take a big and exciting step forward together as a church, and we wanted you to be the first to know.

On Sunday, September 29, Pastors David and Jordan Eiffert will be installed as Lead Pastors of Believers Center.

We believe they, and our very capable staff, will lead us forward into the fruitful future God has designed for us as a church body.

We (Pastors M&C) are also taking a step forward as Founding Senior Pastors. We aren’t going anywhere; we are not retiring. This is our home, and we are pleased to step into a supportive advisory role for the future.

We believe God has laid a solid foundation in and with us as a church, and He has much more Kingdom business to accomplish through us all and we are very confident in Pastor David & Jordan’s calling and ability to lead us there.

The kingdom of God is at war with the kingdom of darkness and the kingdom of this world.

1. Our primary battle is against falseideas. Satan’s weapon is deception, and there’s nothing more destructive than a believed lie. We fight these lies with the truth, holding fast to God’s word and taking every thought captive.
2. Submission is warfare. Submitting our will to God's and living a disciplined life is crucial in resisting the forces of darkness.
3. Make Jesus your focus, and don't leave your house empty. Fill yourself with the things of God, not leaving room for the enemy.

Every choice is an opportunity to engage in spiritual warfare. Whether through prayer, gentleness, forgiveness, or generosity, we push back the forces of darkness, advance God's kingdom, and bring glory to Jesus Christ.

Pastor David Eiffert's second week of "One of Us Is Lying: Satan, Demons, and Spiritual Warfare." A believed lie can cause incredible damage. Nearly every attack from Satan in scripture is centered around a lie. However, the second a lie is recognized as a lie, it loses all its power.
