  • Love in the Time of Loss & Grief
    Feb 12 2022
In this month’s episode, Lauren is joined by her first guest, Irene Ouyang. Come hang out with us as we chat about how our past relationships influence our current romantic partnerships, dealing with friendship loss the closer we get to our thirties, and learning from romantic break-ups in ways that make us better people.

It is not only the death of people that results in grief. We are shaped and molded by the death of a relationship, whether romantic or platonic. As in the case of ambiguous loss, sometimes we grieve people who are still alive.
