Jacob Rieux Jr, introduce themselves and discuss their backgrounds and experiences in law enforcement. They also explain why they are running for the position and their priorities if elected. The main themes of the conversation include personal introductions, the importance of relationships and community engagement, the role of leadership in law enforcement organizations, the need for rebranding and modernization, the focus on training and education, and the promotion of diversity, equity, and inclusion in law enforcement.
