He wants everyone that reads this book to know one thing, you were born to fly!  Isaac is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration in the College of Business at Tennessee State University (TSU). He conducts research in social entrepreneurship and teaches courses in business strategy, entrepreneurship, and leadership.  He also serves as the Chief Strategy Officer of Pivot Technology School, where he fosters relationships to further the organization's mission of training minorities for technology careers, and as Managing Partner at HBCU Impact Capital, a hybrid venture studio and micro private equity firm. She assumed office in January 2022, following a nation-wide search process and an unanimous vote by the college's Board of Trustees on November 4, 2021. Dr. Willis is the first African American to lead the college in its 51-year history. Since 1970, Howard Community College (HCC) has been a preferred college choice for students and families in Howard County, Maryland. A public community college, HCC offers associate degree and certificate programs, as well as workforce development training and continuing education classes, to nearly 30,000 credit and noncredit students each year.
