Yes, the title might sometimes fool you, as I do talk about blended families, bonus parenting, and mental health. To name a few topics.

What is bonus parenting, you might ask? In our family, we believe the word step has a negative meaning versus the word bonus. Please email me and let me know if you agree or disagree with me.

Guests on the podcast have spoken in the past about topics like marrying a narcissist, using technology for co-parenting, and even what is a good wine for a first date or having a budget meeting with your significant other.  The answer is Pinot Noir, but I am more of a Tempranillo type.

You might be asking, who is Tommy Maloney? Well…

I am the Executive producer and host of the podcast Blending The Family, where you can find Apple Podcasts, Iheart Radio, and YouTube. 

I have spoken at TEDx, Ignite Fort Collins, and the Everything Dad Convention. I have even won speaking awards through Toastmasters International.

The author of the book "25 Tips For Divorced Dads." "Why not you, Why Not Me?" and "My Dad's Advice At 5:04 AM,". Plus, he contributed as a writer to other books, “The Expert’s Guide to Teenagers” and Father-Daughter Conversations.” He has written for The Good Men Project, Modern Gladiator, and The Greeley Tribune.

Tommy enjoys a glass of red wine while writing or hiding from the family. A dad to Betsy, Becca, Connor, and dogs Duke (RIP) and Otis. A husband to Ann, where they live (when Tommy is home) in Greeley, Colorado.
