What is going on Blerd City?! We have a very special episode for you all! This next month has so many things being released or announced in the realm of nerddom. We will be discussing what will be released in October and how hype each of us are…especially one particular host who may or may not be seen ever again after October is over. Trust us! We had to break protocol with this one! We kickstart this week’s episode differently with the return of the Geekout/Freakout segment by discussing Knull’s introduction into the Venom-verse. Then, we discuss the latest entry into the Transformers lore. We cover this origin story, and the rise of Optimus Prime and Megatron into the bots we know today. We also talk about why people love this franchise so much and its future.

We’re back, bub. Deadpool and Wolverine month is here which means we’re going to break down two of the most infamous characters in Marvel. With the deconstruction/reconstruction, we aim to fix one of the more disappointing stories seen in X-Men Origins: Wolverine. We give the highlights of the movie (3:45), before taking out what didn’t work (17:00), and coming up with a new story that honors Wolverine’s origins (27:50). Time to put on our creative hats and LOCK-IN.
