Whether it is genetic misfortune or massive weight loss, if your upper arms have loose skin that wobbles, jiggles, wiggles or waves then you've probably heard of the term "Bat Wings." Unfortunately, exercise to the arms can improve muscle tone but it does not decrease the loose skin so individuals seek out ways to treat or disguise this tissue. If enough tissue is involved, it can be difficult to find clothing that fits over the arm and is still the appropriate size for the rest of the upper body. Attempting to cover the arms in the heat of the summer months is quite uncomfortable. There is a great deal of frustration for individuals.
