    No reason to eat vegetables if there's no vitamins to consume. In this episode "How Not To Destroy Your Vitamin Source" I discuss cooking techniques how to keep your vitamins from completely demolishing NOT using boiling or steaming! Also WHY its so important we are eating our vitamins not having to take a crap ton multivitamins just because we are Deficient - Our bodies need vitamins from foods! There are other fun cooking/food tips you can use to apply todays meal too! For years until I invested in Saladmaster cookware I never paid attention to the color of my veggies before I cooked them and then after & WONDERING WHY ARE THEY SO DIM.

    Ever cook carrots or broccoli and the color is not vibrant anymore? Or when you eat it you have to put on a bunch seasonings/salt/pepper because there is NO taste?     Hello! :D Episode 1! Welcome to my podcast, Breakthru Pain!

    Finally I'm here! Wow! Been quite the journey leading up to this point. I am so excited to be here with you and share life's struggles and successes. Pain into purpose. "Breakthrus" of pivotal moments in life. Everyone has a story. Mine happens to be years of basically being a walking crippled Chronic Illness. I thought my life was going to end as a teenager almost overdosing with prescription medication because I was in such extreme pain in the Mind/Body/Soul - all I wanted was for it to go away no matter what it took, even if that meant ending my life.

    Did you know? 55% of Americans take Prescription meds & the highest death rate of overdose of those are... Opioids.

    Here I explain my story in the last 10 + years of ailments that held me back from being a kid, athlete, and all around fun social person. Feeling 80 years old in a young teens body was a huge struggle for my mental space. I went down into the darkest hole and until 2017 I didn't know any better than to take bandaids and be crippled and unhealthy. ***I finally found the answer I needed to hear my whole life. That answer was Alternative, functional, holistic medicine.

    I never thought I would be where I am today.. hiking mountain tops, riding horses again, chuckin hay bales, amazing yoga.. 5 mile morning runs.. but **MOST importantly sharing my story with others so I can create an impact to guide others to live their BEST life, feeling good and generating an optimal well-being. I am here as a resource and guide for you to learn alternative and healthy ways to live the best life you aspire to. My mission is to change the perspective on prescription medication so we as a human race can take responsibility of our health in ALL aspects and understand we don't have to take pills to "fix" us. We need to be educated on how to HEAL & PREVENT from illness. We can all be thriving and I'm here to support you in every way because I want you to be capable of everything. When that is taken, a person can lose their identity and connection with themselves and the ones around them. I believe in you.
