  • New Mexico Momcast is dedicated to sharing stories, insights, and advice to support and empower mothers everywhere. In this episode, we address the often-overlooked topic of perinatal depression and maternal mental health. Our special guest, Susan Aguayo, founder of Kassy's Kause, a nonprofit bringing awareness to perinatal depression, will discuss the signs, challenges, and available support for moms experiencing perinatal depression. Susan has been on a crusade to bring awareness and change around the topic since she tragically lost her daughter to it. Join us for an informative and compassionate conversation aimed at providing the support and understanding every mom deserves.

If you’re new to the area, new to being a mom, or just want a way to connect with others close to where you live, join one of ABQ Mom’s groups.


    ABQ Mom’s Community & Conversation Group is an online (private) Facebook group that allows moms to connect, ask questions (mommy or non-mommy related), discuss local happenings, and attend events like playdates and meet-ups.


    We also have a very active book club and a fitness group.
