In this episode of POV, Gil sits down with Dr. Irwin Adam, a creative scientist and food futurist who combines a background in engineering, biology and technology with his passion for exploring global eating futures. As the founder and creative scientific director of Future Food Studio, Irwin leads multidisciplinary teams and strategic foresight, reimagining how we interact with food at every level. During the episode, Gil and Irwin discuss how we can reimagine the ways we interact with food, the history of the food ecosystem, and using technology to bring the food system into the modern age.
