Ekaterina got her start in real estate investing at the age of 24, when she acquired a small apartment in her hometown of Moscow, Russia. Soon after, she immigrated to the US and continued her desire of residential rental property investing and eventually commercial property investing, acquiring 2 mobile home communities.
