Nate is a member of the Air National Guard and currently serves as a C-130 pilot. He and his wife Bethany (also known as the Cash Flow Couple) are real estate and multifamily investors having started with a VA loan house hack and currently own 40 units as general partners and limited partners in another 700 units.
