    Sep 27 2023

Cancer cells feed on glucose, consuming it at a much higher level than normal cells do. During fasting, one-way cells try to conserve energy is by making it easier for cell membranes to metabolize insulin.

  • How healthy is Artifical Sugar/ Aspartame to us?
    Aug 14 2023

Aspartame is an artificial sweetener that has been in use in the United States since the early 1980s. It is used in many foods and beverages because it is much sweeter than sugar, so much less of it can be used to give the same level of sweetness.

Aspartame is commonly used as a tabletop sweetener, as a sweetener in prepared foods and beverages, and in recipes that don’t require too much heating (since heat breaks down aspartame). It can also be found as a flavoring in some medicines, chewing gums, and toothpaste.

IARC, the cancer research agency of the WHO, classifies aspartame as “possibly carcinogenic to humans” (Group 2B). Based on limited evidence it might cause cancer (specifically liver cancer) in people.

artificial sweeteners really harm so much? What is the truth behind it? Let us understand in this episode.
