    I talk about caring for aging parents and about how the guardians of our lives are now in need of support.

    And how, one day you suddenly become THE caregiver.

    I talk about the love, challenges, and quiet sacrifices behind caring for the elderly. The challenges are many and fraught with emotions, guilt and heart wrenching decisions.

    This is about me and each one of you, who have parents who are growing old and are in need of care, patience and tonnes of love.
